Bill Greene has been a photographer with the Boston Globe since 1985. His career in newspaper photography began as a student at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. For more biographical information, a listing of the awards he has won, and his portfolio (as of 1999), click here. One of the most recent stories he has covered in depth is the relocation of Sudanese refugee boys to the Boston area. This is an ongoing project with stories appearing periodically. I talked with him at the Globe on March 20. (More audio clips from the interview on the next page.) |
